I would like to share some things about my experience. My spiritual journey began with life's lemons... a horrible year that I was intentional on healing from. Then I found Michelle Sánchez Nolen. She has been a great friend and has gently guided me through this journey. I attended the Akashic Soulwork event and had a truly beautiful experience. From the moment we began, the space felt safe, grounded, and intentionally held. There were powerful shifts in the room’s energy throughout the session.
During the guided portion, I experienced a deep meditative state unlike anything I’ve felt before — calm, expansive, and completely safe. When it was time to return, Michelle's voice grounded me gently and clearly. I left feeling centered, clear, and surprisingly light, even though I was physically tired.
What stood out most was how regulated and peaceful I felt afterward — and even the next morning. It wasn’t overwhelming or chaotic. It felt integrating and supportive.
I’m very grateful for the care and presence she brought to the experience and would absolutely attend another event.

Thanks so much for giving us this lovely, therapeutic space! This session has done more for my emotions than any traditional therapist/psychiatrist has ever done. (And I have been to a lot.) I guess what was always missing was the spiritual component of my healing-not relying solely on medical science. I hope I'm able to come again!

Beautiful ceremony. Perfect for calming the mind and body while opening up one's spiritual pathways. As a lifelong Christian, I was very moved by the rich symbolism experienced. I'm leaving feeling light and renewed. Thank you, Michelle!

What a moving journey today, this was my first participating in a setting like this. I didn't know what to expect and was so moved in the emotions felt through the two hour session. If you are on the fence about opening yourself up to this you need not hesitate, let it in and feel what is coming to you. I look forward to attending more sessions to help me navigate. Michelle and her soulwork in the Akashic Records is such a beautiful experience to share with her. In the first ceremony I couldn't stop crying. Very opening for me. The second ceremony felt very gratifying. My heart feels full. I will be back.
