We begin with ceremonial coffee crafted to awaken the senses, ground the body in presence, and gently open the heart. As we gather in circle, we create a space of genuine connection. Together, we'll set our intentions for the journey ahead and step into the experience with openness, curiosity, and trust.

Our ceremonial coffee is low in caffeine and naturally alkaline, making it gentle on sensitive stomachs while still offering a warm, grounding experience. Herbal tea will also be available.

Prepare for deep relaxation, emotional clarity, energetic release, and meaningful insight through a guided chakra clearing meditation held in the field of the Akashic Records.

This meditation is designed to

Akashic Dance is a guided somatic and ecstatic movement experience designed to help you alchemize emotion through the wisdom of the body.

We begin with intentional somatic movement practices using breathwork, grounding postures, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness to gently open what is ready to move.

From there, we enter ecstatic dance.

No talking.
No judgment.
No performance.
No censorship.

No limits.

Only movement.
Only release.
Only truth in motion.

Some emotions cannot be thought through. They must be moved through. Given the opportunity, your body will move however it needs to move to release pent up emotion: shake, spiral, sway, rise, collapse, scream, cry, laugh, sing, loudly, softly, wildly.

This is a space where emotional energy can finally stop being suppressed and start being transformed. Inside the field of the Akash, we dance not to escape emotion, but to alchemize it.

We dance to feel.

We dance to heal.

We dance to release.

The mental body wants to explain. The emotional body wants to move. Emotions need motion. You release emotional energy by allowing it to be fully seen, fully felt, and moved through the body. Somatic movement opens the valve. Ecstatic dance releases the pressure.

We close the experience with grounding, reflection, and energetic integration so you leave feeling clearer, softer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
